The highest rates generally apply during the Christmas and February school holidays, when demand for ski accommodation is at its peak.
For the best-value chalet rental rates, consider the opening week of the ski season in December or the weeks towards the end of January.

Rates offered through booking platforms (Airbnb, etc.) include additional platform commissions and fees and are therefore higher than our direct booking rates.
What is included in the rental price of our chalet in La Plagne?
- The rental price for our chalet in La Plagne is quoted in euros for 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday. To check the rate for the week you are interested in, visit our chalet booking platform.
- Outside the ski season, the chalet can also be rented for shorter stays, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
- The rental price includes a personal welcome, key handover and all utilities (water, electricity and heating).
- A compulsory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €300 applies.
- An additional €100 fee applies for the preparation and use of the outdoor hot tub.
- Tourist tax is charged separately and collected on behalf of the local authorities. The amount depends on the number of guests (approximately €1.50 per adult per night; children are exempt).
- Bed linen and towels can be provided on request for an additional charge.
- Firewood is not included, but can easily be purchased from supermarkets in the area or from the supermarket in Les Coches.

Politique de paiement et d'annulation pour la location du chalet
Réservation
Le locataire doit accompagner toute réservation, d'un versement incluant l’acompte de réservation correspondant à 30 % du prix global de la location. La réservation n’est confirmée qu’à réception de l’acompte.
L'intégralité du prix de la location et payable un (1) mois avant la remise des clefs du chalet.
Caution
La veille de votre arrivée, une caution de mille (1 000) Euros sera demandée sous forme de pre-autorisation auprès de la carte bancaire que vous aurez fourni pour le règlement. Ce montant n'est pas débité de votre compte, c'est une simple pre-autorisation. Cette pre-autorisation sera annulée automatiquement 3 jours après votre départ.
Annulation / interruption de contrat
En cas d’annulation, comme en cas de « non présentation », la totalité du prix global du contrat devient immédiatement exigible, le propriétaire se réservant le droit de recouvrer son montant par toutes voies de droit. Tout départ prématuré du Locataire ne donne lieu à un quelconque remboursement.
